Returns & Exchanges

Before proceeding further, please make sure of the following, otherwise, the product(s) will be sent back to you :

- The return is sent back to us within 30 days of order date

- The product is unused and undamaged

- All labels/tags are still attached to the product

Any products purchased from our website (www.erode-moto.com) can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that it can take up to two weeks to process your return once the item(s) have been received.

Returned goods must be unused & supplied with their original packaging, any items returned without packaging may be liable for an administration charge. Customers are responsible for ensuring returns arrive in good condition. We cannot accept returns of items that have been personalized e.g. special order Goods must be returned with relevant promotional/free gifts, bar any literature. 

Original shipping costs are not refunded on returns or exchanges, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return is a warranty defect.

Please note that all shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your, our customer’s, responsibility.

After that, print out the pre-paid return label and slap it on your box, and take it to the closest drop-off point (we’ll help you out with a list over the points near you). You will be able to track the return so you’re constantly up to speed. You will receive email updates as the return goes through its journey and the refund will be automatically made to the card you used for payment. At this point, please allow 4-10 business days for the reimbursement to be back in your account - depending on your bank.

Should the criteria mentioned above not be fulfilled, the product will be sent back to you and you won’t be refunded - but we’ll be in touch if this is the case.

Refunds

If you wish for a refund of the amount, the maximum term for requesting a refund is of 30 working days as of the date of reception of the order. The product has to be checked by Erode and must be in non use conditions and with the original packaging.

Freight cost is customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part.

The refund will be made using the original payment method.

Defective products

If you receive a defective product you must contact ERODE. Once ERODE checks the product it will be changed immediately by a new brand article. ERODE assumes the shipments costs.
